Object API name: Account

Accounts play two roles in Dryad Receipting. Most accounts are donors, either people (person accounts) or organizations. A few may be Receipting Accounts: other registered charities that you issue receipts for, with their own registration number, logo, signature, templates and numbering. A Receipting Account's name, billing address, phone and website (standard Account fields) are printed as the charity's details.

How to read the field tables: the Field column shows the label you see on screen, with the field's API name (the name used by admins, reports and integrations) underneath it. The Data Type column uses Salesforce's own terms. A type that starts with "Formula" is calculated automatically and can't be edited. Some fields carry a tag, explained in Tags Used on This Page.

Donor Receipt Preferences

Field	Data Type	Purpose
Receipt Delivery dryad__Receipt_Delivery__c	Picklist	How the donor receives receipts: "Email" or "Mail". "Email" is used if it's blank.
Receipt Occurrence dryad__Receipt_Occurrence__c	Picklist	How often the donor receives receipts: "Single" (one receipt per gift) or "Consolidated" (one receipt covering several gifts). "Single" is used if it's blank. See Single or Consolidated.
Receipt Language dryad__Receipt_Language__c	Picklist	"English" or "French". Decides which language's receipt and email templates are used for this donor. "English" is used if it's blank.
Receipt Email dryad__Receipt_Email__c	Email	Special case For organizations: the email address that receives this organization's receipts. Takes priority over the Receipt Recipient.
Receipt Recipient dryad__Receipt_Recipient__c	Lookup (Account)	Special case For organizations: the person (a person account) who receives this organization's receipts by email.
Email Validation Status dryad__Email_Validation_Status__c	Picklist	Special case The result of checking the person's email address with Dryad's email validation service: "High", "Medium" or "Low Confidence", or "Not Validated". Set by the Validate Email buttons, which need the Amazon connection (Named Credential) to be set up.
Do Not Receipt dryad__Do_Not_Receipt__c	Checkbox	Tick to stop tax receipts for all of this donor's gifts. A reason is required.
Do Not Receipt Reason dryad__Do_Not_Receipt_Reason__c	Picklist	Why the donor isn't receipted. "Acknowledgments Only" sends thank-you acknowledgments instead of tax receipts. Can only be chosen when Do Not Receipt is ticked.

Receipting Account Details

These fields only matter on accounts used as Receipting Accounts (see Defaults and Overrides). The templates and sender email can be set with the Set Receipting Account Details button.

Charity Logo URL dryad__Charity_Logo_URL__c	URL	Special case The web address of the charity's logo image (stored in Files). If it's blank, the logo from Receipt Settings is used.
Charity Logo Preview dryad__Charity_Logo_Preview__c	Formula (Text)	Special case Shows the logo on the account page so you can check that the logo URL works.
Authorized Name dryad__Authorized_Name__c	Text	Special case Name of the person authorized to sign this charity's receipts. If it's blank, the name from Receipt Settings is used.
Authorized Title dryad__Authorized_Title__c	Text	Special case Job title of the authorized person. If it's blank, the title from Receipt Settings is used.
Authorized Signature URL dryad__Authorized_Signature_URL__c	URL	Special case The web address of the authorized person's signature image (stored in Files). If it's blank, the signature from Receipt Settings is used.
Authorized Signature Preview dryad__Authorized_Signature_Preview__c	Formula (Text)	Special case Shows the signature on the account page so you can check that the signature URL works.
Receipt Sender Email dryad__Receipt_Sender_Email__c	Email	Special case The address this charity's receipt emails are sent from. If it's blank, the sender address from Receipt Settings is used.
Receipt Prefix dryad__Receipt_Prefix__c	Text	Special case Text added at the start of this charity's receipt numbers. See Receipt Numbers.
Receipt Next # dryad__Receipt_Next_Num__c	Number	Special case The next receipt number for this charity. It goes up by one with each receipt. If it's blank, the charity uses the main numbering in Receipt Settings. Acknowledgments always use the main acknowledgment numbering.
Receipt Template (EN) dryad__Receipt_Template_EN__c	Lookup (Receipt Template)	Special case The template for this charity's English receipts.
Receipt Template (FR) dryad__Receipt_Template_FR__c	Lookup (Receipt Template)	Special case The template for this charity's French receipts.
