Email Recipient Fields

Object API name: dryad__Email_Recipient__c

Used only with Dryad Mailer. One Email Recipient is created for each receipt in a send. It tracks whether that email was sent, delivered and opened. The Reset Email Recipients button puts failed and soft-bounced recipients back to "Ready" so they can be tried again.

How to read the field tables: the Field column shows the label you see on screen, with the field's API name (the name used by admins, reports and integrations) underneath it. The Data Type column uses Salesforce's own terms. A type that starts with "Formula" is calculated automatically and can't be edited. Some fields carry a tag, explained in Tags Used on This Page.

Sending and Tracking

Delivered dryad__Delivered__c	Checkbox	Special case Ticked when Amazon reports the email reached the recipient's mailbox.
Opened dryad__Opened__c	Checkbox	Special case Ticked when Amazon reports the recipient opened the email.
Soft Bounce dryad__Soft_Bounce__c	Checkbox	Special case Ticked when the email bounced for a temporary reason (such as a full mailbox) and can be tried again.
Hard Bounce dryad__Hard_Bounce__c	Checkbox	Special case Ticked when the email bounced permanently (such as an address that doesn't exist), or the recipient marked it as spam. Don't retry it.
